My name has been Arianna Picco since 1998, born on a cold but sunny Monday with Io Vagabondo by Nomadi in the background.
On that Monday, not only was I born, but also my love for Art and all its nuances. My inseparable playmates were a sketchbook and a pencil case full of markers. I drew stories that were born in my mind and then came to life through the dolls.
As I grew up, the artistic nuances became sharper, taking the form of Photography and Cinema. What I considered merely playmates were becoming work colleagues day by day.
This is how, in 2017, the stories that sprang from my mind began to come to life.
The drawings in the album became the sketches and storyboard of the next video, while the dolls became the people to be portrayed.
